Austin Hinel

Austin’s practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, including matters involving breach of contract, business torts, and fiduciary-related claims. He has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and judgment, and has advocated for both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of contested matters. He also has experience in arbitration and mediation involving a range of commercial disputes.

In addition to his litigation practice, Austin has significant experience negotiating and drafting complex agreements and advising clients on dispute resolution strategies.

Prior to joining Ward & Berry, Austin was an associate in the Commercial and Business Litigation practice of an Am Law 200 firm.

Outside the office, Austin enjoys spending time with his family and their two rambunctious West Highland Terriers.
