Christine Miller

Christine Miller has extensive experience advising and operating inside high-growth, highly regulated, and acquisition-driven organizations. She is a partner to CEOs, boards, and private equity sponsors for translating legal complexity into clear, risk-adjusted business decisions that accelerate growth rather than constrain it. She has great success in building legal, compliance, and governance infrastructure from the ground up; supporting aggressive buy-and-build strategies; and stabilizing operations during periods of rapid expansion, workforce disruption, and post-transaction integration. Christine is recognized for her hands-on, commercially oriented approach that balances risk tolerance with execution speed.

Prior to joining Ward and Berry, Christine served as the General Counsel of SGS North America, Michael Stapleton Associates, Ltd., and Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services. She held Senior Corporate Counsel positions at Oracle USA and BEA Systems.
