David Gutkowski

David Gutkowski is a solutions-oriented, practical advocate driven to efficiently and effectively achieve his clients’ objectives. David’s practice focuses on assisting businesses navigate complex disputes, striving to deliver outcomes that comport with his clients’ goals.

David’s robust commercial litigation practice affords him the opportunity to litigate sophisticated matters in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions, as well as conducting many arbitrations and mediations in a multitude of forums. In doing so, David has represented government contractors in both the courtroom and arbitration, as well as commercial property owners, closely-held businesses, public companies and numerous other entities in a variety of controversies.

David also focuses his practice on representing contractors, owners and developers in all phases of the construction process. Whether it is drafting initial contracts, engaging in the dispute resolution process, protecting clients’ mechanic’s lien rights or tackling full-blown litigation, David is there for his clients every step of the way.

When not advancing his clients’ interests, David spends his time with family, playing zone defense with his wife against their three children. David enjoys coaching his daughter’s youth basketball team, attending his other daughter’s dance competitions and playing the occasional round of golf with his son.
